Our services
Our Services allow you to browse through the website and purchase different products. As part of this, we also provide services such as arranging delivery of the products and providing you with a tracking number so that you can follow your parcel step by step and see the expected delivery date and time online. We also offer you customer service assistance by email contact@eviestore.com. 

You must be over 18 years of age or over in order to use the Services.

We have made a big effort to ensure that the colours and qualities are depicted as accurately as possible. However, colours displayed on your computer or screen solution may vary. Minor colour deviations are not considered a defect or failure. 

Our product(s) might rub off, especially the product(s) that have been dyed in strong colours. So please be careful when you wear the product(s) with white or other light-coloured clothes or if you wear one of our light-coloured product(s) with dark coloured clothes. This is not considered a defect or failure.  

Placing an order
By placing an order with us you will be deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions. If you are unhappy with or unclear about any aspects of these terms, please leave this website now. 

The information set on our website does not constitute an offer for sale but rather an invitation to treat.

Once you have placed an order, you will receive an email with your order confirmation. Once your order has been shipped you will receive another email from us with your tracking number.  

Your credit/debit card or payment account will be charged once your order has been shipped.  

Unless otherwise specifically stated delivery time is normally between 2-7 working days. The estimated delivery date will show when using the tracking number provided to you. All dates quoted for delivery are estimated delivery dates only and may be subject to change. 

Please note that there might be import restrictions on products in your country. Please check this with your country in advance before purchasing a product. 

Return and refund policy
If you wish to cancel your order after you have purchased your product(s) at our webshop please write us an email at contact@eviestore.com within 24 hours to cancel the order and request a refund. 

All product(s) can be returned within 14 days of receiving the product(s). 

The product(s) must not be unpacked from the original packaging or taken into use. The shell must be in the same condition as upon receipt. 

You as a customer pay for the return of the product(s) to ÉVIE ApS. You can get the full amount returned for your product(s). The product(s) must be in the same condition as upon receipt. You can also refuse to receive the product(s) and thus return it.

If you need any help in the return process, we are always happy to help you, please reach out to us at contact@eviestore.com. 

The money will be refunded to the payment card, which the product(s) was purchased from, which means the money can only be paid to the persons card that was used for the purchase. As soon as we have received your product(s), we will refund your money. Please notice it might take up to 15 business days to appear in your bank account. 

Please note: Where you purchase using a payment card denominated in a different currency to EURO, the payment/refund will be subject to the currency exchange rate applied by your card issuer at the time your payment/refund is completed.

NOTE: We do not collect the return packages at the post office or parcel shop. Everything must be delivered to our address.

Christmas purchase/return:

For Christmas, we have extended our return period, so you can return purchases made between 1 December 2024 and 23 December 2024 until 15 January 2025. To ensure you get the product before Christmas, please place your order latest on 10 December 2024.

Exchange 
You can exchange your product(s) within 14 days. ÉVIE offers a free exchange of goods. 

If you want to exchange your product(s), this must also be done within 14 days of receipt. You pay for the freight return to ÉVIE ApS, and we pay the freight to send the desired product(s) back to you. The product(s) that is to be exchanged must be in original packaging and in the same condition as upon receipt. The product(s) must not have been taken into use. If the product(s) is to be exchanged for another product(s) at the same price, this is done without any new order, and the product(s) is simply sent to you when the other product(s) has been received. If you want to exchange for a more expensive product(s), the money will be returned, and you must then go to our website and order the desired product(s) yourself and do a new payment. If the product(s) are cheaper, the goods will be shipped and the difference is reversed on the original order. The money will be returned to the same account on which the product(s) was purchased.   

NOTE: We do not pick up return packages at the post office or parcel shop. Everything must be delivered to our address.

Item condition 
In order to receive the full value of the product(s) upon return, the product(s) must be in the same condition as when it was received. The product(s) must be in original packaging, packed responsible and witout doing marks on the products, and tags and other marks on the product(s) must not be removed or damaged. The product(s) must not have been used.   

Complaint 
According to the Danish Sale of Goods Act, a 24-month right of complaint is granted for all goods. It is a prerequisite that defects in the product have not arisen as a result of incorrect use of the product or other harmful behavior. ÉVIE ApS always assesses a complaint before the money can be returned. If the product(s) has been used incorrectly and it is clearly seen, that errors or defects are caused by this, we can reject the complaint. We always want fair treatment for our customers and therefore we make an effort to process complaints.

Prices 

ÉVIE ApS reserves the right to make any corrections to prices quoted due to clerical errors or errors of omission.

ÉVIE ApS may at any time change the stated prices if this becomes necessary. Our prices and availability of goods are subject to change without notice.    

All stated prices are in EURO. If you shop within the EU all prices are including VAT as the regulations regarding the free movement of products apply.

If you purchase from outside the EU, the prices on our webshop will apply without VAT.
You will be responsible for all import fees, duties, and or VAT or other taxes in the country that you import to. These fees may apply before, during the shipment, or when you receive the parcel.  

ÉVIE ApS cannot be held reliable for any of the above duties or taxes payable on orders made and recommends that all customers make themselves aware of such local charges before ordering. ÉVIE ApS can also not be held liable should local customs officials decide to hold or confiscate items for any reason.

Sold out item & Discontinued item 
We reserve the right to withdraw any products from our webshop at any time. 

Whilst we will use our very best to process orders, there may be exceptional circumstances, which may prevent us to do so, even after we have sent you an Order confirmation, and as such we retain, at our discretion, to refuse to process or accept such orders. We will not be liable to you or any other third party for withdrawing any products from our website or refusing to process or accept an order after an order confirmation has been sent.

Pre-order item 

If your order is a pre-order the product(s) will be shipped as soon as we have them in stock.

There will be a prepayment on pre-order products, which means your card will be deducted as soon as you make the pre-order on our website. You still have the same return and refund rights - all products can be returned and refunded within 14 days of receiving the product(s). If you want to cancel your pre-order before we ship you the product(s) please let us know at email contact@eviestore.com and we will refund you the full amount.

OUTLET products
The products in our OUTLET shop can only be purchased and delivered within Denmark.

Postage and shipping 
All our deliveries take place via our order system and are done automatically. Different shipping rates are depending on the location to which the package will be sent. We ship worldwide.   

Payment 
At www.eviestore.com we accept multiple payment options such as Visa cards, MasterCard, Maestro, American Express and Apple Pay. 

Delivery 
We ship all our products(s) with a local courier, UPS, DHL or similar. The package will in most cases be sent to your nearest post office or parcel shop or sometimes to you directly.

We strive to deliver to our customers as soon as possible. As soon as the product(s) has been scanned at the delivery facility, you can track your package and see when it is expected to be delivered.

Personal information 
ÉVIE ApS is in strict confidence. Your information is stored for up to 5 years in accordance with the law. We follow the Personal Data Act, which means that you have the right at any time to gain insight into the information we have about you as a customer. Personal information is stored encrypted. You can access the information by sending an e-mail to our customer service at contact@eviestore.com. Only persons associated with ÉVIE ApS have access to this data (your orders and the addresses to which you could have ordered product(s)).
